The City Finance Officer is responsible for the financial administration of the City's revenues and expenses. Additionally the majority of City administrative business is conducted at the City Finance Office.
All permits such as building, fence, sign, animal licenses, contractor licenses, and others are issued through the CityFinance Office. Please feel free to call regarding fees and requirements.
All Planning and Zoning and Engineering business is conducted through the City Finance Office. Code Enforcement complaints are received at the Finance Office.
Voter registration forms are also available at the Finance Office.
The Summerset Finance Office is located at 12150 Siouxland Road and is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please feel free to contact the Finance Office for questions and comments.
